RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY
RETURN POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less any merchant fee's, shipping costs, and/or any restocking fees.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
SHIPPING POLICY
If you are located outside the US, in California, or any non contiguous state such as Alaska or Hawaii, You will need to contact us at sales@barthtuningstore.com for a custom quote.
REMOTE TUNING CANCELLATIONS, MISSED APPOINTMENTS, AND REFUNDS
Remote Tuning can be refunded up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, as this will allow us to fill your slot. Refunds will be made for purchase amount, less any merchant transaction fees. If a start up/base tune was provided, there is a $200 non refundable charge for the provided tune.
Cancellations 24 hours or less prior to your appointment will result in a $50 non refundable fee, plus a $200 non refundable charge if a start up/base tune was provided.
Missed appointments are NON-REFUNDABLE, but may be rescheduled to next available date.
